Mirror Lite transferred the manufacturing of heated mirrors in 1996 to the North Carolina facility
A 10,000 square foot Metal Fabrication (metal stamping, punching, rollforming, and tube bending) facility was opened in 1998 in the new Shallotte Industrial Park
A new 12,500 square foot Assembly Division facility was opened in 1999, also at the Shallotte Industrial Park
A new 10,000 square foot warehouse facility was opened in 2000 and a new state-of-the-art, 24,000 square foot powder coating facility was constructed (also in 2000), both at the Shallotte Industrial Park
Mirror Lite commenced one of the largest industrial landscaping projects in Brunswick County in 2000, with the planting of over 450 shrubs and trees, as well as flowers, and recently seeded over two (2) acres for annual grass cover
Currently, Mirror Lite has 53 trained and experienced employees in Brunswich County, North Carolina, in addition to employees in Michigan who are trained and experienced at the Rockwood, Michigan facility
Jobs at Mirror Lite have increased in North Carolina from 15 the first year to the current number of 53, an increase of approximately 350%
Square footage has increased from the original 6,000 square foot facility in Michigan to 35,000 square feet in Michigan and over 80,500 square feet in North Carolina, an increase of over 1900%, and the company is currently adding 14,700 square feet to the assembly division building
While the Company and its affilitates are qualified as a "Small Business Enterprise," we are capable of responding to very large orders. We have the facilities, employees and financial capability to perform on major contracts
The Company (Mirror Lite Company, Inc.) is registered with the U.S. Government as a vendor/supplier with an assigned CAGE number to expedite processing of orders in a timely fashion
The Company is a member of the Association of National Standards Institute(ANSI), which is a board member of the ISO
