ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are Master Lite Security Products, Inc., an affiliate of Mirror Lite Company, Inc., which has been in business since 1956.  Our corporate offices are located in Rockwood, Michigan and our primary production facilities are located in North Carolina, near the shipyards of Wilmington, North Carolina, and Charlston, South Carolina on the southeastern coast.

Mr. William P. Schmidt is the sole owner of the Mirror Lite "Group" of Companies, including:

Mirror Lite Company .... manufacturers and sells mirrors for school busses, RV's, large fleet-style trucks and heavy equipment.

Master Lite Security Products .... manufactures and sells security inspection mirrors, anti-terrorist waste receptacles, and disposable seat covers for full-sized law enforcement vehicles.

Master Lite Coating .... custom, automated powder coaters for third parties on raw goods, imported goods, or for coating prior to export.

Coastal Carolina Seating .... manufactures and sells after-market seat covers for all North American school buses manufactured in the last twenty (20) years.

We hold of 50 patents in the U.S. and other countries.  Our manufacturing facilities in Michigan and North Carolina, USA, encompass over 125,000 sq. ft. and 70 employees.

We have excellent access to overseas shipping from 2 ports, as well as access to Interstates 95 and 40.
